Our Parents Make A Difference
Parents of Ladue Chapel Nursery School play a very important role in this first school experience by preparing a child for separation from home, and accepting their growing independence. Our parents maintain a close personal tie between home and school. Parents are encouraged to visit often and participate in school activities. We have two or three room ambassadors in each room to help with parties. Parent-Teacher conversations are scheduled twice a year. Our teachers share each child's development in detail with parents, a semi-monthly newsletter to help keep school and home in close touch.
Our Parent Survey says...
The teachers "Wonderful, caring staff"
"Teachers genuinely take an interest in my child"
The program "Homey atmosphere"
"Learning through play - no pressure learning"
The school "Warm, welcoming atmosphere"
"Clean and well-kept environment"
"Large, light filled cheerful classrooms
The families "Nice, friendly families"
"Many opportunities for everyone to interact and participate"
